Memorandum of Understanding

 

ICMA MIDWEST REGION VICE PRESIDENT ROTATION

WHEREAS, the rotation of the ICMA Midwest Region Vice President positions has been an issue which has been debated by state officers in the Midwest Region for many years; and

 

WHEREAS, there is a desire by the states in the Midwest Region to develop a clearer expectation of the future rotation of the ICMAVice President positions in the Midwest Region in order to minimize the need for future discussion of this issue so that ICMA and the Midwest State Associations can focus their time and energy on higher priority matters; and

 

WHEREAS, it is recognized that the rotation identified below is subject to ICMA Nominating Committee action each year,

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the ICMA Midwest Region State Associations are in agreement with the rotation system identified below.
